Apartment MODRIĆ Sućuraj, the island of Hvar, Croatia
In the centre of Donja Banda (the southern part of Sućuraj)
there is a traditional stone house
of Modrić family. Many generations of fishermen lived in it, but now it has
been completely renovated for your pleasant stay. The centre of the
picturesque small town is 200m far, as well as the nearby beach Česminica.
Sea is only 30m far. The quite surrounding area is without traffic, so ideal
to relax. The apartment position can be seen on the pictures at the bottom of the page.
The available apartment takes the 1st floor and the attic; 70m2 large (57m2 +
13m2 terrace). There is a separate entrance. It is luxuriously furnished.

There is a private reserved parking
spot nearby (30m far). The apartment is facing south with a beautiful sea
view on nearby Pelješac
peninsula. There is a beautiful view on Biokovo mountain, Sućuraj field and
Brdo hill as well, from the north side. The terrace has a view on the narrow
street called `kala´ in which there is no traffic, so children can play
freely.
In case you need any assistance, your hosts live just across the street. You
can also feel free to use our washing machine. At your request your hosts
will prepare a delicious dinner instead of you (in our barbecue area, below
your apartment terrace), free of charge.
Below your apartment there is a place where your hosts keep organic and locally
made products (homemade wine, dessert wine Prošek, olive oil, brandy...)
which you are free to try.
Sućuraj is a
small fishing tourist town in the eastern part of Hvar island. There is
a post office, doctor`s surgery, few stores, restaurants and bars. There are
few beautiful beaches nearby. You can enjoy in mild climate, wild nature and
typical Dalmatian architecture with narrow streets.
